		<description>At the age of 47 I&#039;ve been running faster than I had for the past 10 years.  I think a lot of my improvement has to do with the fact that I&#039;ve been working out with Joel for the past two and a half years.  These workouts increased my overall strength (and flexibility) which has allowed me to run more miles and at a faster pace.
